Hello dear community!
The most observant of you may have noticed the new tab in your collections' settings: Scopes.
Scopes is a new feature which allows you to pre-filter all data of a collection and its segments.
Say you want to filter out all of your rejected transactions and never see them: simply add the following scope.
This way you won't have to worry about setting this filter on every single one of your segments!
Scopes are also powerful in that they can help control what your users see without having to duplicate segments.
Use dynamic variables to apply a filter depending on the user's team, name, etc. For instance, if you organized your teams by country, you could display only customers from this country to the relevant team, using this scope:
